Romeo took second place in 2 different high profile shows, one a class of 9, and the other a class of 12. On both occasions, the judges, Peter Kennedy and Wade Gease, had a difficult time with their decisions, and said it was a very close match between him and the first place winner!

We purchased Lord Peruvian Licorice when we were starting up our farm to keep the male to female ratio a little closer. Since then our male population has grown, and we find the need to place him up for sale. Licorice is conformationally well balanced with beautiful black fiber deep down inside of his blanket. He is a great fiber animal with true black, shiny, fine, soft fleece.

Here is an energetic, healthy young man!  His sire is the now famous MFI Cactus Jack, son of Magical's Jeronimo, and grandson of Guellermo. Thunder's dam is Giorgio Armani's Gigitte, the daughter of MFI Georgio Armani, and grand daughter of the great Mateo!


Thunder Jack attended his first show at just over 6 months old, and took 2nd place in a class of seven! The judge opened his fleece and said 'wow'! He was passed up for the blue only by one of his half brothers, also sired by Cactus Jack! 


His fiber is fine and crimpy with exceptional length. What great qualities to add to your females.  Thunder Jack is beginning to show interest in the females, so look out!

We are optimistic that he will begin his breeding career in Fall of 2011.

Good Earth Wind-N-Fire has "oh, so soft" fiber with lots of crimp in a beautiful dark rose gray!  When you look at his white face you see how captivating those dark eyes are.  Along with all of that, he has excellent conformation.  His curious and friendly demeanor just seals the package. 

His lineage is something as well. His Sire, Sterling Apocalypse brings wonderful characteristics to his cria through Pluro's Accoyo Ross and Legacy of Bolivia.  His handsome looks come from his dam's sire, MFI Giorgio Armani, son of the great Mateo.

Although not yet ready for breeding, we expect good things from him, and his breeding fee will start at $500.00.

Mt. Tabor has an exquisitely shining true black fleece.  He bears full coverage from the tips of his ears down to his toes. The bold crimp and soft handle make his fleece wonderful to touch, and his excellent conformation is a sight to see.  His fuzzy ears and face define that sought after 'teddy bear' look, making him all the more appealing.

Why Black Velvet?  Because he is the son of our Sire Whiskey Romeo!  And his name describes his fiber exactly-velvety soft.  He is  shiny black inside of his fleece.  His fiber is some of the softest I have felt, with density as well.  He has very good conformation, and he also has a great temperament.

2. LINGERING FINENESS! Pablo's 5th year histogram is AMAZING! 20.0 AFD, 4.3 SD, 21.3% CV, 3.0% >30 at 61 months of age! This is finer than most herdsires (of any color) at this age, or even younger. 
3. SKIN BIOPSY RESULTS SHOW OUTSTANDING DENSITY! 61.25 follicles/sq mm (average is 38.75 sq mm) S/P (Secondary to Primary follicle ratio) is 13.4 to 1 (average found 8.5 to 1). According to Cameron Holt, Pablo's fleece would fall between Advanced and Elite.
